What happens to your information when you browse or contact Kennert.

Who handles enquiries
Kennert operates this enquiry website under the project name KNR Studio, in Estonia. KNR Studio is not a registered company. Contact valtonenkennert@gmail.com about your information. See business and contact details.
Only what the enquiry needs
The enquiry composer asks for a project description and an optional first name. Your email app supplies your sender address when you send the email. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details, health information or other people’s personal data.
The form and four-question planner run in your browser. Their contents are not uploaded, saved in browser storage or sent to an AI service. Opening an email draft passes your text to your chosen email app; it does not send it. Only pressing Send in that app sends the enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
Enquiry information is used to answer you and take steps towards a project at your request, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Where you contact Kennert for a business you represent, the basis is the legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence, Article 6(1)(f). Keeping legally required records relies on Article 6(1)(c). Security and handling disputes rely on legitimate interests.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. There is no newsletter, automated profiling or automated decision about your project.
Services involved
Sent enquiries arrive in Gmail. Your email provider and Google handle delivery and storage. Google may process information outside the EEA under the arrangements described in its privacy policy and data transfer information.
This site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives technical request information such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to deliver and protect the site. It may process information outside the EEA; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy and data-processing and transfer terms. KNR has not added analytics or advertising services. Hosting logs and security data follow the provider’s retention rules.
KNR’s page code loads no external SDKs, analytics, ad pixels, remote fonts, embedded maps, chatbots or CAPTCHA. External websites load only when you follow their links. The previous FormSubmit forwarding service is no longer used.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted from Kennert’s active mailbox within six months of the last meaningful contact. Active project correspondence is retained while needed to deliver the work. Invoices, contract evidence and information needed for legal obligations or disputes may be retained for the applicable statutory period. These mailbox tasks are performed by Kennert, not automatically by this website.
Hosting logs, email-provider backups and messages in your own mailbox follow the respective providers’ retention rules.
Access, correction or deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Request deletion of my data or email the address above from the address used for your enquiry. Mention the approximate date; do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification request is explained to you.
Kennert will respond within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, you will be told within that month. Some records may have to be kept for legal obligations or claims; the reason will be explained. You can also complain to Estonia’s Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
Children and messages
The project enquiry service is intended for adults. Visitors under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to make the enquiry in their own name. No date of birth or identity document is requested. The adult confirmation is a declaration, not age verification or a parental-consent system. If a child’s information is sent inadvertently, contact Kennert to arrange removal.
Stop contact
No marketing list is operated through this site. Unsubscribe / stop promotional contact sends a request to Kennert; nothing is changed until that email is sent and processed. Necessary replies about an active project, invoices or legal matters may still be sent.
